A dedicated web-platform was developed to host ICIMTH 2020. Please connect on the platform following the link from https://www.icimth.com or directly on https://e-talk.gr/icimth-2020/ . To participate on the ICIMTH 2020 no special software or technologies are needed. The ICIMTH 2020 has two virtual rooms (“Room A” and “Room B”) using Zoom Webinars technology. To enter in the rooms please click on the links on the platform and follow the webinars’ registration process using the same email address that you used for the Conference registration (submitted in the registration form). We recommend you to register on the webinars by the 1st of July, 2020. Our technical partner is using all the necessary measures and procedures to ensure the GDPR compliance. During the sessions you can use Q&A or direct messaging service to ask questions. If you want to speak or to ask a question orally or discuss with the presenters, you can do it after host’s permission. Please keep in mind that the local time zone is EEST. All times in the Conference programme are at EEST (UTC+3).
Instructions to ICIMTH 2020 Presenters Full Papers
To ensure the technical quality of the presentations, we kindly ask you to record your presentation and send it to our technical partner in order to be played back on the session during the conference. Some anticipated problems that we want to avoid are the low speed connection, connection failures, speakers from different time zones. To record your presentation please use any tool that you are comfortable with. A simple and easy to use tool that we suggest is the online screen recorder which can be found on https://e-talk.gr/create-your-video-presentation/. On the above link detailed instructions to create your video presentation can be found. The final video presentation must be 6-8 minutes long. The video file type must be *.mp4 and the file name must be SxxPx.mp4 where Sxx is the session number and Px is the number of the presentation within the session. After recording and renaming your video presentation file, you could upload your presentation on ICIMTH 2020 cloud. A unique link will be sent to each presenter on his/her personal email address (the one you used to register to the Conference). All videos will be played during the conference only at the time of each presentation and afterwards will be erased. The videos will be used for this purpose only. Our technical partner is using all the necessary measures and procedures to ensure the GDPR compliance. Please try to be online in the conference’s rooms during the scheduled time for your presentation to respond on any questions addressed to you. On the next days you will receive two personalized emails. The first one will include the link to upload your presentation, and the second one an invitation to arrange a test to use the platform before the conference days in case you need it.

Posters, Short Communication Papers and Full Papers Presented as Slide Shows will have strictly 5 slides and 3 minutes presentation each. Presenters can either create a 3 minutes video or send 5 slides (no voice over is required) PowerPoint Presentation file. Please name the poster file Poster_xx.pptx or Poster_xx.mp4 (for more details about how to create a video please read "instructions for recording your presentation"). No questions and answers.
