Conditions

1. For each accepted paper at least ONE author or one co-author should register and pay to the conference.
2. Papers which have been accepted and there is no paid registration corresponding to any author, respectively, after the deadline for authors’ mandatory registration, will be excluded from the proceedings without any warning and the submission is considered as rejected.
3. Additional accepted paper or poster by the same author will be charged additionally 250 euros.
4. Upon the SPC’s approval and its discretion, an authors’ request for an additional page is charged at a cost of 70 Euros each.
5. Each registered author may present up to 3 Full Papers/Short/Posters that she/he is main author or co-author.
